[media] cx18: Fix a sleep-in-atomic bug in snd_cx18_pcm_hw_free
The driver may sleep under a spin lock, and the function call path is: snd_cx18_pcm_hw_free (acquire the lock by spin_lock_irqsave) vfree --> may sleep
To fix it, the "substream->runtime->dma_area" is passed to a temporary value, and mark it NULL when holding the lock. The memory is freed by vfree through the temporary value outside the lock holding.

Merge remote-tracking branch 'airlied/drm-next' into drm-intel-next-queued
Backmerge drm-next to get at all the good stuff in drm-misc. We need that because:
- drm_connector_list_iter conversion for i915 needs the core patches. - Maarten's patches to use the new atomic state iterators also need the core patches. - We need the new link status property to complete the DP retraining work, merging through 2 branches wasn't a good idea and we had to partially backtrack. - Chris needs reservation_object_trylock and we want to roll out kref_read everywhere.

Merge remote-tracking branch 'airlied/drm-next' into drm-intel-next-queued
Backmerge because Chris Wilson needs the very latest&greates of Gustavo Padovan's sync_file work, specifically the refcounting changes from:
commit 30cd85dd6edc86ea8d8589efb813f1fad41ef233 Author: Gustavo Padovan <gustavo.padovan@collabora.co.uk> Date: Wed Oct 19 15:48:32 2016 -0200

Also good to sync in general since git tends to get confused with the cherry-picking going on.
