dm cache: policy ignore hints if generated by different version
When reading the dm cache metadata from disk, ignore the policy hints unless they were generated by the same major version number of the same policy module.
The hints are considered to be private data belonging to the specific module that generated them and there is no requirement for them to make sense to different versions of the policy that generated them. Policy modules are all required to work fine if no previous hints are supplied (or if existing hints are lost).

ARM: tegra: DT-related fixes needed by the MMC tree
In order to convert the Tegra MMC driver to using mmc_of_parse(), some bugs in the Tegra device-tree content need to be fixed first; it's currently wrong but unused, and mmc_of_parse() causes that data to be used for the first time.

Sync with Linus' tree. This is necessary to resolve build conflict caused by dcd9006b1b053c7b ("HID: logitech-dj: do not directly call hid_output_raw_report() during probe") which issues direct call to usbhid_submit_report(), but that is gone in this branch and hid_hw_request() has to be used instead.

Pull device-mapper update from Alasdair G Kergon: "The main addition here is a long-desired target framework to allow an SSD to be used as a cache in front of a slower device. Cache tuning is delegated to interchangeable policy modules so these can be developed independently of the mechanics needed to shuffle the data around.
Other than that, kcopyd users acquire a throttling parameter, ioctl buffer usage gets streamlined, more mempool reliance is reduced and there are a few other bug fixes and tidy-ups."

dm: add cache target
Add a target that allows a fast device such as an SSD to be used as a cache for a slower device such as a disk.
A plug-in architecture was chosen so that the decisions about which data to migrate and when are delegated to interchangeable tunable policy modules. The first general purpose module we have developed, called "mq" (multiqueue), follows in the next patch. Other modules are under development.
