clockevents/drivers/sh_tmu: Migrate to new 'set-state' interface
Migrate sh_tmu driver to the new 'set-state' interface provided by clockevents core, the earlier 'set-mode' interface is marked obsolete now.
This also enables us to implement callbacks for new states of clockevent devices, for example: ONESHOT_STOPPED.

clocksource: Rename __clocksource_updatefreq_*() to __clocksource_update_freq_*()
Ingo requested this function be renamed to improve readability, so I've renamed __clocksource_updatefreq_scale() as well as the __clocksource_updatefreq_hz/khz() functions to avoid squishedtogethernames.
This touches some of the sh clocksources, which I've not tested.
The arch/arm/plat-omap change is just a comment change for consistency.
