Tremont is Intel's successor to Goldmont Plus. From the perspective of Intel cstate residency counters, there is nothing changed compared with Goldmont Plus and Goldmont.
Share glm_cstates with Goldmont Plus and Goldmont. Update the comments for Tremont.
