Add support for usbnet based devices like CDC-Ether to indicate that they
are actually mobile broadband devices. In that case use wwan%d as default

Add support for usbnet based devices like CDC-Ether to indicate that they
are actually mobile broadband devices. In that case use wwan%d as default
interface name.
