This fixes the following DT schemas check errors:
meson-gxl-s905x-hwacom-amazetv.dt.yaml: cec@100: 'hdmi-phandle' is a required property
meson-gxm-rbox-pro.dt.yaml: cec@100: 'hdmi-phandle' is a required property
because CEC is not enabled on these boards.
