ppc patch queue 2019-06-12

Next pull request against qemu-4.1. The big thing here is adding
support for hot plug of P2P bridges, and PCI devices under P2P bridges
on the "pseries" machine (which doesn't use SHPC). Other than that
there's just a handful of fixes and small enhancements.

target/xtensa: SR reorganization and options for modern cores

Reorganize special register handling to support configurations with
conflicting SR definitions.

Implement options used by the modern xtensa cores:
- memory protection unit;

RISC-V Changes for 3.2, Part 1

This pull request contains the first set of RISC-V patches I'd like to
target for the 3.2 development cycle. It's really just a collection of
bug fixes with one major new feature: PCIe can now be attached to RISC-V
guests.

This has passed my usual test of booting the latest Linux RC into a
Fedora disk image on the virt machine.

tcg: Clean up generic bswap64

Based on the only current user, Sparc:

New code uses 2 constants that take 2 insns to load from constant pool,
plus 13. Old code used 6 constants that took 1 or 2 insns to create,
plus 21. The result is a new total of 17 vs an old total of 29.
