Update loading spinner

Loader was updated with loading icon svg. Added inline style
for loading icon and added loader svg to status-icon directive.
Status icons will be used in file-

for loading icon and added loader svg to status-icon directive.
Status icons will be used in file-upload component for firmware page update.
