ASoC: wm8731: Update to use maple tree register cache
The maple tree register cache is based on a much more modern data structure than the rbtree cache and makes optimisation choices which are probably more appropriate for modern systems than those made by the rbtree cache. In v6.5 it has also acquired the ability to generate multi-register writes in sync operations, bringing performance up to parity with the rbtree cache there.
Update the wm8731 driver to use the more modern data structure.

ASoC: wm8731: Factor out the I2C and SPI bus code into separate modules
Placing both the I2C and SPI code in the same module causes problems with mixes of modular and non-modular builds of the buses so it's generally bad practice. As with other drivers split the bus code out of the WM8731 driver into separate modules.

ASoC: wm8731: Factor component init out of bus code
Both the I2C and SPI bus code register the component immediately after they call wm8731_hw_init(), factor the code out into the the common function and rename it to just be plain wm8731_init() while we're at it since it's not just for hardware init any more. This refactoring means we need to move the function after the declaration of the component driver.

Check for snd_soc_codec_driver structures that are only passed to snd_soc_register_codec or memcpy (2nd arg), for which the corresponding parameters are declared const. Declare as const snd_soc_codec_driver structures that have these properties.
The semantic patch that makes this change is as follows: (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/)

ASoC: codec duplicated callback function goes to component on wm8731
codec driver and component driver has duplicated callback functions, and codec side functions are just copied to component side when register timing. This was quick-hack, but no longer needed. This patch moves these functions from codec driver to component driver.

ASoC: wm8731: harmless underflow in wm8731_put_deemph()
The code tries to verify that "deemph" is zero or one, but it fails to account for that it can be negative. It's harmless because negatives are treated the same as one, but we should fix it just to silence the static checker warning.

ASoC: wm8731: initialize the hardware when loading the codec driver
This patch moves the requesting supplies, hardware reset and initialization from wm8731_probe to wm8731_i2c_probe and wm8731_spi_probe. So that the codec hardware is initialized when loading the codec driver, and not when loading the machine driver. This avoids unnecesary hardware resets and re-initializations when re-loading the machine driver.
