powerpc/44x/bamboo: Fix PCI range
The bamboo dts has a bug: it uses a non-naturally aligned range for PCI memory space. This isnt' supported by the code, thus causing PCI to break on this system.
This is due to the fact that while the chip memory map has 1G reserved for PCI memory, it's only 512M aligned. The code doesn't know how to split that into 2 different PMMs and fails, so limit the region to 512M.

powerpc/4xx: Add support for ISA holes on 4xx PCI/X/E
This adds support for ISA memory holes on the PCI, PCI-X and PCI-E busses of the 4xx platforms. The patch includes changes to the Bamboo and Canyonlands device-trees to add such a hole, others can be updated separately.
The ISA memory hole is an additional outbound window configured in the bridge to generate PCI cycles in the low memory addresses, thus allowing to access things such as the hard-decoded VGA aperture at 0xa0000..0xbffff or other similar things. It's made accessible to userspace via the new legacy_mem file in sysfs for which support was added by a previous patch.

[POWERPC] Convert remaining dts-v0 files to v1
At the moment we have a mixture of left-over version 0 and new-format version 1 files in arch/powerpc/boot/dts. This is potentially confusing to people new to the dts format attempting to figure it out.
So, this patch converts all the as-yet unconverted dts v0 files and converts them to v1. They're mechanically-converted, and not hand tweaked so in some cases they're not 100% in keeping with usual v1 style, but the convertor program does have some heuristics so the discrepancies aren't too bad.
I have checked that this patch produces no changes to the resulting dtb binaries.

[POWERPC] Start removing linux,network-index in favour of aliases
This patch alters the bootwrapper for a number of machines (roubhly all 4xx based cuboot or treeboot platforms) to use aliases instead of the linux,network-index hack to work out which MAC address to attach to which ethernet device node.
The now obsolete linux,network-index properties are removed from the corresponding device trees. This won't break backwards compatiblity, because in cases where this fixup code is relevant, the device tree is part of the kernel image.
The references to linux,network-index are removed from booting-without-of.txt. Not only is it now deprecated, but as a hack applicable only when the device tree blob and fixup code were in the same image, this property never belonged in booting-without-of.txt which describes the interface between the kernel and firmware or bootloaders which produce a device tree. By the time the device tree reaches the kernel, all the MAC addresses must be fully filled in.

[POWERPC] 4xx: Rename CPU nodes to avoid dtc incompatibility
Recent DTC versions disallow certain special characters in full paths without being quoted with {}. That however breaks compatibility with older DTC versions. Work around this by renaming the CPU nodes for the 4xx files to a generic node name, and specify the processor type in the model property of the CPU node.

[POWERPC] 4xx: remove bogus "ranges" property in Bamboo EBC node
This removes a bogus empty "ranges" property in the EBC device node of the Bamboo board device-tree.
The "ranges" property should be created by the wrapper code when it is implemented. Until then, remove the empty property since it incorrectly implies that there is a 1:1 address mapping between the EBC and the OPB.
This also fixes a warning from newer DTCs.

[POWERPC] 4xx: Wire up 440EP USB controller support to Bamboo board

powerpc/44x/bamboo: Fix PCI range The bamboo dts has a bug: it uses a non-naturally aligned range for PCI memory space. This isnt' supported by the code, thus causing PCI to break on this system. This is due to the fact that while the chip memory map has 1G reserved for PCI memory, it's only 512M aligned. The code doesn't know how to split that into 2 different PMMs and fails, so limit the region to 512M. powerpc/4xx: Add support for ISA holes on 4xx PCI/X/E This adds support for ISA memory holes on the PCI, PCI-X and PCI-E busses of the 4xx platforms. [POWERPC] Convert remaining dts-v0 files to v1 At the moment we have a mixture of left-over version 0 and new-format version 1 files in arch/powerpc/boot/dts. [POWERPC] Start removing linux,network-index in favour of aliases This patch alters the bootwrapper for a number of machines (roubhly all 4xx based cuboot or treeboot platforms) to use aliases instead of the linux,network-index hack to work out which MAC address to attach to which ethernet device node.
