arm64: dts: juno: add CoreSight support for Juno r1/r2 variants
The CoreSight support added for Juno is valid for only Juno r0. The Juno r1 and r2 variants have additional components and alternative connection routes between trace source and sinks.
This patch builds on top of the existing r0 support and extends it to Juno r1/r2 variants.

arm64: dts: juno: remove dtsi nesting inside tree structure
Currently juno-clock.dtsi and juno-base.dtsi are nested badly inside the device tree structure. It's generally good practice to ensure that individual dtsi stand by themselves at the top of the file.
This patch removes the nesting of the above mentioned dtsi files and makes them independent.

- Samsung Exynos5433 mobile phone platform, including an (almost) fully supported phone reference board. - Hisilicon Hip07 server platform and D05 board, the latest iteration of their product line, now with 64 Cortex-A72 cores across two sockets. - Allwinner A64 SoC, the first 64-bit chip from their "sunxi" product line, used in Android tablets and ultra-cheap development boards - NXP LS1046A Communication processor, improving on the earlier LS1043A with faster CPU cores - Qualcomm MSM8992 (Snapdragon 808) and MSM8994 (Snapdragon 810) mobile phone SoCs - Early support for the Nvidia Tegra Tegra186 SoC - Amlogic S905D is a minor variant of their existing Android consumer product line - Rockchip PX5 automotive platform, a close relative of their popular rk3368 Android tablet chips

ASoC: Updates for v4.10
There's been a few bits of framework work this time around and quite a lot of cleanups and improvements to existing code:
- Support for stereo DAPM controls from Chen-yu Tsai. - Some initial work on the of-graph sound card from Morimoto-san, the main bulk of this is currently in binding review. - Lots of Renesas cleanups from Morimoto-san and sunxi work from Chen-yu Tsai. - regmap conversions of the remaining AC'97 drivers from Lars-Peter Clausen. - A new version of the topology ABI from Mengdong Lin. - New drivers for Cirrus Logic CS42L42, Qualcomm MSM8916-WCD, and Realtek RT5665.

Merge git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/net
Couple conflicts resolved here:
1) In the MACB driver, a bug fix to properly initialize the RX tail pointer properly overlapped with some changes to support variable sized rings.
2) In XGBE we had a "CONFIG_PM" --> "CONFIG_PM_SLEEP" fix overlapping with a reorganization of the driver to support ACPI, OF, as well as PCI variants of the chip.
3) In 'net' we had several probe error path bug fixes to the stmmac driver, meanwhile a lot of this code was cleaned up and reorganized in 'net-next'.
4) The cls_flower classifier obtained a helper function in 'net-next' called __fl_delete() and this overlapped with Daniel Borkamann's bug fix to use RCU for object destruction in 'net'. It also overlapped with Jiri's change to guard the rhashtable_remove_fast() call with a check against tc_skip_sw().
5) In mlx4, a revert bug fix in 'net' overlapped with some unrelated changes in 'net-next'.
6) In geneve, a stale header pointer after pskb_expand_head() bug fix in 'net' overlapped with a large reorganization of the same code in 'net-next'. Since the 'net-next' code no longer had the bug in question, there was nothing to do other than to simply take the 'net-next' hunks.

Pull ARM SoC fixes from Arnd Bergmann: "This should be the last set of bugfixes for arm-soc in v4.9. None of these are critical regressions, but it would be nice to still get them merged.
- On the Juno platform, the idle latency was described wrong, leading to suboptimal cpuidle tuning.
- Also on the same platform, PCI I/O space was set up incorrectly and could not work.
- On the sti platform, a syntactically incorrect DT entry caused warnings.
- The newly added 'gr8' platform has somewhat confusing file names, which we rename for consistency"

arm64: dts: juno: fix cluster sleep state entry latency on all SoC versions
The core and the cluster sleep state entry latencies can't be same as cluster sleep involves more work compared to core level e.g. shared cache maintenance.
Experiments have shown on an average about 100us more latency for the cluster sleep state compared to the core level sleep. This patch fixes the entry latency for the cluster sleep state.
