serial: add irq handler for Freescale 16550 errata.
Sending a break on the SOC UARTs found in some MPC83xx/85xx/86xx chips seems to cause a short lived IRQ storm (/proc/interrupts typically shows somewhere between 300 and 1500 events). Unfortunately this renders SysRQ over the serial console completely inoperable.
The suggested workaround in the errata is to read the Rx register, wait one character period, and then read the Rx register again. We achieve this by tracking the old LSR value, and on the subsequent interrupt event after a break, we don't read LSR, instead we just read the RBR again and return immediately.
The "fsl,ns16550" is used in the compatible field of the serial device to mark UARTs known to have this issue.
Thanks to Scott Wood for providing the errata data which led to a much cleaner fix.

UART: add CSR SiRFprimaII SoC on-chip uart drivers
SiRFprimaII is the latest generation application processor from CSR’s multi-function SoC product family. The SoC support codes are in arch/arm/mach-prima2 from Linux mainline 3.0.
There are three dedicated UARTs in system. This patch adds basic driver support for them.
It has used the newest pinmux subsystem from Linus Walleij.

This driver has been broken at least since 2008. At that time, a88487c79b (Fix compile errors in SGI console drivers) broke this driver completely.
And since nobody noticed for the past 3 years, move it into staging. I think this will rot there and we will throw it away completely after some time. Or maybe someone will volunteer to fix it ;).

So out it goes as well.
The PORT_S3C2400 definition in include/linux/serial_core.h is left there to prevent a reuse of the same number for another port type.

serial: msm_serial_hs: Add MSM high speed UART driver
This driver supports UART-DM HW on MSM platforms. It uses the on chip DMA to drive data transfers and has optional support for UART power management independent of Linux suspend/resume and wakeup from Rx.
The driver was originally developed by Google. It is functionally equivalent to the version available at: http://android.git.kernel.org/?p=kernel/experimental.git the differences being: 1) Remove wakelocks and change unsupported DMA API. 2) Replace clock selection register codes by macros. 3) Fix checkpatch errors and add inline documentation. 4) Add runtime PM hooks for active power state transitions. 5) Handle error path and cleanup resources if required.

tty: serial: Add linflexuart driver for S32V234 Introduce support for LINFlex driver, based on: - the version of Freescale LPUART driver after commit b3e3bf2ef2c7 ("Merge 4.0-rc7 into tty-next"); - commit abf1e0a98083 ("tty: serial: fsl_lpuart: lock port on console write"). In this basic version, the driver can be tested using initramfs and relies on the clocks and pin muxing set up by U-Boot. Remarks concerning the earlycon support: - LinFlexD does not allow character transmissions in the INIT mode (see section 47.4.2.1 in the reference manual[1]). Therefore, a mutual exclusion between the first linflex_setup_watermark/linflex_set_termios executions and linflex_earlycon_putchar was employed and the characters normally sent to earlycon during initialization are kept in a buffer and sent afterwards. - Empirically, character transmission is also forbidden within the last 1-2 ms before entering the INIT mode, so we use an explicit timeout (PREINIT_DELAY) between linflex_earlycon_putchar and the first call to linflex_setup_watermark. - U-Boot currently uses the UART FIFO mode, while this driver makes the transition to the buffer mode. Therefore, the earlycon putchar function matches the U-Boot behavior before initializations and the Linux behavior after.
