x86/olpc/xo1/sci: Don't call input_free_device() after input_unregister_device()

input_free_device() should only be used if
input_register_device() was not called yet or if it failed. Once
device was unregistered use input_unregister_device() and memory
will be freed once last reference to the device is dropped.

X86: drivers: remove __dev* attributes.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.

This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitconst,
and __devexit from these drivers.

Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

x86, olpc: Add XO-1 SCI driver and power button control

The System Control Interrupt is used in the OLPC XO-1 to control various
features of the laptop. Add the driver base and the power button
functionality.

This driver can't be built as a module, because functionality added in
future patches means that some drivers need to know at boot-time whether
SCI-based functionality is available.
