ASoC: Fixes for v5.1

A few core fixes along with the driver specific ones, mainly fixing
small issues that only affect x86 platforms for various reasons (their
unusual machine enumeration mechanisms mainly, plus a fix for error
handling in topology).

There's some of the driver fixes that look larger than they are, like
the hdmi-codec changes which resulted in an indentation change, and most
of the other large changes are for new drivers like the STM32 changes.

but also a few more things:

New SoC support this release:

- Allwinner F1C100, older platform with an ARM926-EJS (ARMv5) core

Cleanups of various platforms:
- OMAP1 ams-delta does some GPIO cleanups
- Davinci removes of at24 platform data
- Samsung cleans up old wakeup, PM debug and secondary core boot code
- Renesas moves around config options and PM code to drivers/soc for
sharing with 64-bit and more consistency
- i.MX, Broadcom and SoCFPGA all have tweaks to lowlevel debug
console setups
- SoCFPGA adds explicit selection of ARM errata and removes some
unused code

i.MX SoC changes for 4.21:
- An improvement on i.MX debugging options that only defines
DEBUG_IMX_UART_PORT if needed, so that the option will not be present
in the kernel config when DEBUG_LL is disabled.
- Adds the necessary platform support for i.MX7ULP SoC and configures
power mode to Partial Stop mode 3 with system/bus clock enabled.
Otherwise the default STOP mode will gate off system/bus clock when
WFI gets executed on i.MX7ULP.
- A fix from Arnd on SOC_IMX7ULP option dependency.

ARM: imx: add initial support for imx7ulp

The i.MX 7ULP family of processors features NXP's advanced implementation
of the Arm Cortex-A7 core, the Arm Cortex-M4 core, as well as a 3D and 2D
Graphics Processing Units (GPUs).

This patch aims to add an initial support for imx7ulp. Note that we need
configure power mode to Partial Stop mode 3 with system/bus clock enabled
first as the default enabled STOP mode will gate off system/bus clock when
execute WFI in MX7ULP SoC.

And there's still no MXC_CPU_IMX7ULP IDs read from register as ULP has no
anatop as before. So we encode one with 0xff in reverse order in case new
ones will be in the future.

Merge tag 'y2038' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arnd/playground into timers/core

Pull more y2038 work from Arnd Bergman:

y2038: convert more syscalls

Here is another set of system call changes to prepare the change over to
64-bit time_t. As before, the strategy is to change system calls that
take a 'struct timespec' argument over to 'struct __kernel_timespec',
which for now is defined to be the same but will get redefined to use a
64-bit time_t argument once we are ready to modify the system call tables.

The major change from previous patches is that the plan is no longer
to directly use the 'compat' system calls for providing compatibility
with the existing 32-bit time_t based entry points. Instead, we rename
the compat code to something that makes more sense on 32-bit architectures,
e.g. compat_timespec becomes old_timespec32.

With the renamed types in place, change over the 'stat' and 'utimes'
families of system calls, sched_rr_get_interval, recvmmsg and
rt_sigtimedwait. Another series for poll, select and io_pgetevents is
currently being tested.
